There'd been a terrible mistake. Wayside School was supposed to be built with thirty classrooms all next to each other in a row. Instead, they built the classrooms one on top of the other...thirty stories tall! (The builder said he was very sorry.)

These books are amazing. So funny! It's no surprise that the man who wrote Holes wrote these books. Louis Sachar knows how to bring characters to life, and I feel so real reading his books.
Every character in the Wayside School series is awesome! Constant laughs for people of any age.

This is a collection of a bunch of funny weird little stories. This book is for younger kids, around the age of eight to eleven. It is a fun young book you will want to share.

I love all the Wayside School stories, although i cannot remember if I read 'Wayside School reopens' or whatever that one was called. I just remenber that those books were so funny. There was that guy who always read upside down, that girl with the raincoat, the chick brought in the hobo, the guy at recess. The thirteenth floor always freaked me out, 'cause there was no thirteenth floor. Then there was that time that chick actually went to the thirteenth floor and it was like a ghost classroom. that was freaky.

This book is really crazy!!! All the chapters are like two pages long, and all the characters have their own chapter. In this book the characters go through having new teachers and making new friends.

I liked this book because it was a quick but interesting read. Also it's really funny.

Everybody will like it.

In this book the author introduces you to all the characters in the story. He also explains why the school is funny, and how it was built sideways. He also tells you about a missing floor in the thirty story school.

The author also tells you about a tragedy that happened to Mrs.Gorf, the meanest teacher in that school. After the tragedy, the kids are afraid of their new teacher, because they heard that she was really nice. They never had a nice teacher before. He introduces you to all the students in the class and all their crazy doings. Also why Kathy, a student in Ms. Jewls, class hates everyone she knows.
