Making Tracks: Jungle
What I loved: This board book features really strong flaps that will hold up to repeated reads and rough readers. The tracks are really fun and invite children's imagination as they guess what has made those tracks. The truck and flamingo are particular favorites in our house. The animals having names add to the fun, and I love the clear and large font that make it easy to read at a distance. The tactile exploration of the tracks through the die-cuts are also fun for little hands to explore.
What left me wanting more: As a small thing, and it may have been just our copy, but some of the tracks had edges that were a little rough, so I would recommend lighter touches for these.
Final verdict: MAKING TRACKS: JUNGLE is a delightful lift-the-flap book that explores tracks and the animals and people who make them.
