Safe House (1-800-Where-R-You #3)
When yet another cheerleader disappears, Jess has a chance to redeem herself. If she can just find the girl before it's too late, maybe Jess will finally have a chance to be part of the in crowd. Except that it's starting to look like being "in" might just get you -- not to mention your loved ones -- killed. So much for popularity.
I just received the item I ordered, and was very pleased I got a truly high quality cycling jersey on the date they promised me. the packaging was great and the wrapping was superb , all in all a very quick and easy transaction from Cycling-outfit.com, will def shop there again great selection and fair prices.
As usual, this was a great read. The storyline was a little more predictable this time but Jess still kept me entertained with her craziness. I especially liked all the action she got into. There were three boys pining over her. Man, I wish I had that. ;) Anyway, it was a great book and as a reminder the series is soon going to be released under a new cover and name, Vanished. Check it out!
In this book series, the main character, Jessica was hit by lightning and was able to have a special power. She can sense where missing children are.
In this book she tells everyone that she lost her powers, because the federal government was after her. However, when a popular cheerleader goes missing, everyone blames her, even though she told everyone that she no longer had the power.
So she decides to investigate the missing cheerleader, without letting the government know that she still has her power.
It's okay. It says that it was written by Jenny Carroll, but it was actually written by Meg Cabot. She just used the name Jenny.
The plot is interesting and everything. If you like Cabot's other books, than I think that you'll like this book.
Jess is back from the summer vacations with a goal to stop being so violent and has no idea that her classmate had been killed. Everyone blames her for her lack of attention and when another classmate goes missing, Jess knows that she has to find the killer. While all this happens, Jess is getting closer to the dead girl's boyfriend and finds out some difficult information. I liked this book a lot, the whole series was very good but my favorite book was "Sanctuary." This book was a bit frightening and had many moments of suspense.
As you know Jess can find people in her sleep. But when she was told on her first day of schoool a girl is dead, and it's her fault. She goes to the extreme to find out who took her and killed her. But while this is going on, a boy asks her out, while the police suspect he is the killer.
The third book of 1-800-where-r-you series. Very good =]
This book is just as good as the first in the series! A definate must read for any Meg Cabot or Jenny Carroll fan! The ending is just the best! Don't want to spoil it tho. The suspense continues with Jess..
