Like always, the flow of the words is smooth and they roll right off your tongue, which makes it easier to read aloud. The illustrations are soft and would make this a great Christmas bedtime story, especially with the melody to lull the reader to sleep. The book is rather thick from the music box, but it’s extremely light.
Final Verdict: This combination is one that I would recommend to those looking for a little more holiday spirit. The added bonus of the music succeeds in wholly entrancing the reader. Personally, it’ll be a Christmas Eve tradition with my daughter and I love seeing the smile on her face as she winds the box.
