CALM BUNNY is a colorful board book that walks young children through some simple yoga poses to help promote focus and calm. This book goes through being a bunny and then a snake before having children return to being themselves. Each page describes the motions used to get into each pose and is accompanied by illustrated children doing the poses.

What I loved: This is a simple sequence of poses that helps promote calm. Using the animal premise of bunny and snake, this will appeal to young children who enjoy imitating the world around them. The poses are easy to follow, and the accompanying illustrations are really helpful in visualizing how they can do them. The children pictured are very diverse, and the images are full of color.

Final verdict: A fun introduction to simple yoga poses, CALM BUNNY is an easy-to-follow series of poses that will help promote relaxation for young children.
