I had very high hopes for it because it is so popular, but I guess popular opinion is stupid. I can see why elementary and middle graders would like this, but the teens and adults who like the book must be very stupid and uneducated.
I was thoroughly disappointed.
Good Points
Cool concept. Magic is awesome.

In this book Harry finds out that he is no ordanary orphan. he is infact a very popular wizard but for his powers to be to their full potential, he must attend a school called hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. when there he meets friends Ron and Hermione(dont forget hagrid), his headmaster and a very wise wizard Albus Dumbeldore and the reason why his parants died and why he is so popular...he who must not be named (A.K.A Lord Voldemort) this book is an amazing story of friendship, magic and finding where you belong.
