Fell in love with the whole trilogy this one being my favorite of them all. I love Eragon's character and his relationship with Sappira. The whole story line is great with all the adventures and epic fights that go on as Eragon travels the path of his destiny.

I mak it a habit to visit the bookstore regularly now that I've got my beautiful and long-awaited car. When I arrived at the store, all I saw was this strangely captivating blue book with a dragon on it's cover. And for some reason, ever time I went, I refused to buy it, and I have no idea why. Mayhaps I was waiting until I had enough money?

Anyways, my father luckily came with me on my next visit and the beautiful blue book caught his eye. I could not move my Dad from the couch, the next few days, and that in itself is one of the biggest compliments my father (or I, for that matter) could ever give out.

That book cost less than it would for one day at Disney, and yet kept me on the edge of my seat for the whole three day journey. It was incredible. The smoothe way that Christopher writes his sentences is an estimable quality that should be harnessed and never lost, for it is what makes any story palatable.

The story itself wasn't the most original (after all, it deals with a common boy, who gets to fly a dragon, and fight evil kings), but the way this gifted boy/man author took this old-time story and turned it Paolini-style makes it one of the lucky books that will stand on my shelf, waiting for it to be reread time, and again.

You will not regret reading this wonderful book, because I say so.

This is a wonderful book. It starts out pretty slow but speeds up in the middle. It put my imagination to work trying to picture what the dragons and creatures looked like. I can't wait to read the next book.

This book is amazing. The range of images it invokes is superb. In fact it is so good its being made into a movie. I can't wait for the rest of it to come out.

A boy named Eragon is living a normal life in a small village called Carvahall. Carvahall is located in the Spine Mountain range. One day when Eragon was hunting in the Spine, an explotion rumbled through the mountains and a mysterious stone appeared with it. When Eragon tried to sell the stone, no one would buy it because they didn't know what it was. Little did Eragon know that inside the egg was a dragon that would change his life forever. Eragon soon found himself on a deadly journey with the village story teller and a newly hatched dragon.

I liked the book. The author uses some many details and describes everything so well. This book reminds me of Narnia because Narnia is about four kids who becomes friends with an animal and try to stop someone evil from righning over the land. I would recommend this book to any boys from 5th grade to 9th grade because it is a fiction book. I will read the second book in the series called Eldest.

The time of the Dragon Riders is back&

Young Eragon, a simple farm boy from a small town, is determined to seek revenge on a terrifying, evil, monstrous race known as the Razac after they destroy his home and loved ones.
Accompanied by an unexpected character, Eragon and his beautiful, newly hatched Dragon, Saphira, set out on a journey bigger than they could have ever deemed possible! Eragon and Saphira are put through the hardships of travel, battle, and any other difficult situation that you can think of!

As Eragon learns more and more about the great Dragon Riders and how they came to be, more and more questions seem to form. Who betrayed whom? Where? When? Why me!? Not only that, Eragon discovers more about his past and how he may have the entire fate of his land in his hands! On top of all of this confusion, Eragon still has to go through what any normal boy his age would have to go through!

Becoming one of the greatest books of our time, Eragon has been added to thousands and thousands of libraries worldwide! And not to mention, my personal favorite since last I can recall!

Whether you are a Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter fan, or not even a reader at all, I recommend this book to you all! Please give this book a try and keep an open mind...You never know what might happen!

Thank you for your time and I hope that you enjoy Inheritance book number one as much as I did!

Best regards,
Carmen
