Izzy's not too excited to go on a Bermuda cruise with her family. While on deck she meets Jade, who is impulsive and livens up the otherwise boring cruise. Then Jade goes missing. Izzy tries to find out what happened to her friend, but no one will listen. Later, Izzy finds out that her friend had secrets. Secrets that might have been behind her disappearance.

What worked: Engaging, suspenseful thriller. The scenes on what happens when someone goes missing on a cruise ship are realistic. It reminded me of our own Disney cruise in March 2011 in which a crew member went missing.

Izzy worries about a boyfriend back home who pressures her to do something she really doesn't want to do. There's Luke, the cute guy who takes a liking to Jade. Diego, the handsome cruise worker. Also a mystery about what actually happened to Jade. A mystery that no one on board takes seriously.

Fast-paced thriller that keeps readers turning the pages. A perfect summer read set on board a Bermuda cruise with a secret.
Good Points
1. Engaging thriller
