I can't say i enjoyed this book, because it caused me pain, although i appreciated it just as much. It is incredible how human beings can act towards each other. The holocaust happened so we can learn from it. I think that this book is an excellent way to look into the past, and understand the horrible things that people actually had to endure, although truth be told, the experiences of the characters of this book are pretty mild, compared to the stories I've heard, firsthand, from survivors. Still, it's a start, and i want as many people as possible to really get into these holocaust books. It can make the world a better place.
