This book is told with alternating perspectives as it revolves around a trial case for Anna's rights to her own body.

It was a great story and I loved the subplot with the lawyer (Campbell) and Julia, but the ending made everything go down hill.

Now in the interview, Jodi claimed that this was the only accurate way to end the series, but I disagree.  When she said that, I figured it would end with Anna giving her kidney, or Kate dying.

But no, Anna ends up dying in a car crash and Kate gets her kidney because of that, and lives on to see tomorrow.  If that wasn't random, I don't know what is.

But I still recommend it, just be ready for that disappointment.
