When Cricket finds out that the dust she's seen her whole life has magical properties and her late mother could see them too, she accidentally opens a dangerous new world where tooth fairies steal babies and toxic black dust corrupts people. She braves dangerous creatures and rough terrain, making new friends (and enemies) along the way.

The illustrations are beautifully detailed and really add a great touch to the unique take on popular legendary creatures (tooth fairies, boogie men, Santa Claus, etc.)
