i love this book its romantic yet suspesful. i cant get enough of Edward but i strongly dis-like jacob. i cant wait to raed breaking dawn thats not the last book there is another book called midnight sun thats going to be in edwards perspective of things, though its not yet published. read the first chapter at stephaniemeyer.com

Very rarely to I give out 5 star ratings on books because let's face it....there are so many great ones out there it really has to git me the right way to stick.  That being said, Eclipse, the third book in the Twilight series, offers another one two punch with the telling of Edward and Bella's riveting tale.  I don't want to reveal too much as I am sure there are still some that have not read the novels yet (you know who you are!), but of the books thus far, this one has the most action you've seen.  We have a scorned lover out for revenge, Bella on the precipice of making the decision of her life or lack thereof, and the werewolves becoming quite restless as there pack continues to grow thanks to the returned presence of the Cullen family.  Highly recommended for one and all...happy reading!

Bella's life is in jeopardy again when Victoria makes an appearance, then retreating. Victoria isn't seen for a while after that. Jacob isn't happy with Edward and Edward feels the same towards Jacob. the next occurrence is when an unknown vampire breaks into Bella's room and steals half of her dirty laundry, for her scent. there has also been numerous killings in Seattle. the Cullens say that the killings are due to new vampires, many new vampires.

Stephenie Meyer comes back with another great hit. the third in the series, Eclispe is just as good as twilight and new moon, Stephanie's first two books. here next book, breaking dawn, is expected to come out fall of 2008. i can't wait! i love her series.

The romance between Bella and Edward just keep making me want to read more. Around the first half of the book is just romance. And then toward the end its becomes suspensful when another vampire wants to kill Bella. Through the whole book the author uses great detail. I would reccemend this book to young adult readers who like to read romance.

i just wanna say that the ratings should be all the way to 10 for this book... this book if filled with love and romance, and danger and hatred. people who love a great & fantastic book, well this whole series is right for you!
i just wish sometimes jacob would be out of the picture so edward and bella could be together forever..dont get me wrong i love jacob, but i love edward more.
i would definently read this book if you have not already,, but i dont think i will take long after you read the first and second book

This book was my favorite out of all the Twilight books. I loved how Jacob and Edward were both in it a lot. It added to the suspense of the book. I couldn't put the book down, it was so addicting. I loved how this book had its own twists and turns. I like to try and figure out what is going to happen. It makes the book more thrilling. This book deserves a 5 star.

I love this book i was worried that this was not gona be good as the first or second but it was just as good this book i could not put down i stayed up not being able to stand not knowing what was gona happen next, this truely is a great book. The danger the romance of edward and bell and bell's love for edward and jacob.

The Romance is back on and the Cullens are getting to know Bella better in the third installment of the Twilight Saga.

Edward and Bella are back together and even more in love now, and Jacob is left all alone. But Bella doesnt know what to do, she loves Edward, but Jacob saved her and she still wants to spend time with Jacob, but Edward doesnt want to let her because of Jacob being a werewolf. Edward eventually does let her go see him because he realizes that Bella does have a good sense of judgement.

This chapter ends with Edward and Bella engaged and Jacob running away.

Eclipse is deffently one of my favorite books.

i have read the first two books in the saga. and this one is definetly the second best. i was thrilled with twilight. sad with new moon (only because somebody left!) and i was amazed by eclipse. these books have true love written all over them. and even though i don't like jacob black in the story, the characters are amazing! READ THIS BOOK!

After Bella almost being turned into a vampire and almost being killed with Edward a new adventure starts for her. Bella finds out that Jacob is in love with her. Know Edward and Jacob are compiting to get Bellas love. Shes so confused and doesnt know what to do because she loves both of them. At the end Edward and Jacob have to work togethor to save Bella.

Since Edward killed James in Twilight know Victoria wants revenge. Know the Cullens and the Warewolf pack have to work together. Maybe Bella will turn into a vampire after all. But one things for sure shes going to marry Edward before she becomes a vampire.
