Disappointed in it

I finally finished this book and it was LONG, way longer than it needed to be. I was actually kinda disappointed in the way that it ended. Things were resolved, but they also really weren't. It made me sad that after all that Gemma had lost, she still had to...

I loved it!

I loved this book. It was adorable. I can see how an elementary school-aged child, especially a boy, would just love it!

I didn't like this book

While this book is well-written, I didn't like it at all. It just wasn't my type of book. I didn't like any of the characters.

Amazing book!

I didn't find this book as traumatizing as the first one, but I think that's because the underlying current of terror was pushed to the surface and you were faced to deal with it square on, just as the characters were. My heart ached for them all, especially the tributes/victors....

Not really my type of book

This book moved too slowly for me. By the end of the first chapter, I knew basically what was going on and what was going to happen, but I thought there might be a twist. There kinda was, but it wasn't really worth reading the rest of the book to...

Moved to slowly

I found the concept of this book to be very intriguing, but the actual execution of the story left something to be desired. I couldn't get attached to any of the characters in the book and found that the story moved too slowly for my taste.

Not my type of book

I gave up on this book. About 6 chapters in, I realized that I hated the main character and didn't really care what happened to her or in the rest of the book, so I stopped reading it. I loved the concept of the story though. I'm not quite sure...

Amazing book!

This book was alternately one of the best books that I have ever read and one of the most traumatizing books that I have ever read. Not only was there the terrible games going on in the foreground, but once you really thought about it and delved below the surface...

Loved it!

When I started reading this book, I didn't like it. I found it boring and hated how the author kept switching between the different points-of-view, but I kept reading it. Before I knew it, I was halfway through the book and couldn't wait to find out what happened next. I...

Loved it!

I LOVED this book! Who am I kidding? I loved the entire series. This book was the perfect ending to a perfect series. I even loved the original ending that the author put at the back of the book. If you loved the other books in the series, you must...

It was ok

The book was ok. The story was interesting, but I just couldn't get into it. I liked the concept and loved who the ghost turned out to be, but something just kept me from falling in love with the book.

This book will make your heart hurt...

Overall, I was pretty disappointed in this book. Right from the get-go, you know that something is wrong with the entire reunion scenario, you just don't know what. Through the whole book, you are both rooting for the kid to regain his memories and become happy again and, at the...

Great book!

I didn't realize this book was part of a series until I started reading it. The author was very good about filling in a new reader so that he/she didn't feel left out of the back story. While I felt that parts of this book moved too slowly, I still...

Too hard to read

This book disappointed me. I was really looking forward to reading it as the plot was absolutely fascinating; however, I just hated the author's writing style. It was like trying to muddle through quick sand. The author took entirely took long to explain things that could have explained much later...

The end annoyed me

I loved this book, like couldn't put it down...yell at people for interrupting me loved this book, until the last chapter or so. I couldn't believe how it turned out. I do not think, in the end, she made the right decision in regard to Will. She needs to move...
