*Kayla's Choice's*

(YABC Blog Manager)

1.) I so so loved all of the Russian baked goods mentioned in Calla Devlin's book, RIGHT WHERE YOU LEFT ME.
2.) All of the faerie food and drink written into Cassandra Clare's LORD OF SHADOWS was incredibly magical.
3.) While WE ARE OKAY by Nina Lacour packed quite the emotional punch, it was the warmth and tradition from the feast cooked in her dorm room kitchen that I wanted to devour most. (Though I'm also a sucker for Ramen). :)
4.) I wanted to live in the world of Marissa Meyer's HEARTLESS if only to sample Cath's lemon tarts from that magical lemon tree growing inside her room!
5.) Stephanie Garber's CARAVAL provides a haunting and magical world where danger lurks around corners. But that wouldn't stop me from sampling!
6.) The traditional food mentioned in THE CAREFUL UNDRESSING OF LOVE by Corey Ann Haydu provided the kind of world I wanted to eat my way into and never leave, even with that pesky curse.
