About This Book:

An adorable board book of puppy love.
Corgi can do LOTS of things. Corgi can play! Corgi can cuddle! Corgi can shake! Corgi can...roll around in a muddy puddle. Oh, corgi. There are so many things you can do, and so many reasons that we love you. This board book with simple text and adorable art is as easy to fall for as it is to read.

Cute and Easy Read

In CORGI CAN, the main character is a corgi who can (and sometimes can't) do all sorts of things. The words are simple enough to help encourage children with learning to read. For example, "Corgi can sit. Corgi can walk." All of the sentences are short and basic as well.

The illustrations aren't too vibrant and are gentle on the eye, which helps the young reader focus on the words and not just the images. This is more than a board book and I love it. My four year old is starting to read and this book is a great place to start. Especially since she loves dogs and her cousin has a pet corgi. It held her interest and she was able to sound out the words.

Final Verdict: CORGI CAN is the perfect book for young readers who love dogs and all the silly things they do.
