It's Live!! Cover Reveal: Unlocked by Margo Kelly + Giveaway (US/Canada)

Hi, YABCers!

Today we're super excited to celebrate the new cover reveal for UNLOCKED by Margo Kelly, releasing October 1, 2016 from Merit Press. Before we get to the cover, here's a note from Margo:

Hello YABC!

I’m excited to be here today to share the cover for UNLOCKED! I am in love with the ethereal quality captured on the cover, because it fits the underlying spookiness and unknown elements of the story so well. I can hardly wait for everyone to read this one!! I hope you’ll stay up late into the night--with all the lights on--trying to figure out what is happening to Hannah, the main character, in UNLOCKED! Yay for books.

~Happy reading, Margo Kelly (UNLOCKED, Merit Press)

UNLOCKED

by Margo Kelly
Release date: October 1, 2016
Publisher: Merit Press
ISBN: 9781440593598

About the Book

A provocative thriller involving hypnosis, mystery, love, and friendship!

Someone has been moving the stuffed pink elephant in Hannah's room. She thinks. And ants crawl over her hands, across the steering wheel, all the time. Don't they? They're what made her crash the car on the way home from the fair, and she wouldn't have freaked out, wouldn't have caused her friend's death, for no reason. But she doesn't know if a person is messing with her, if the paranormal is messing with her--or if she's just going psychotic like her dad before her.

When her friends bail, Hannah is left floundering. Not even her boyfriend Manny believes her, and new girl Chelsea is practically replacing her at school. Only artsy outsider and self-proclaimed occult expert, Plug, agrees to help Hannah find out the truth about hypnosis and demons, and even he can't help Hannah reclaim her mind from whatever's taking over. She'll have to do that herself if she wants to save her friends, her mom and herself.

That book sounds amazing and original! I like a new story, how refreshing! I love the cover. I have a thing for paranormal so I'm into it already.

I dig the cover. It ties in with driving back from the fair, so that's cool. I need, need, need this book in my life. It sounds crazy in the best ways.

I love the cover. It's faded yet bright so goes well with the intriguing synopsis.

I love the cover. It looks mysterious and at the same time it makes me think of the movie Spirited Away when they first go and see the festival before Chihiro's parents eat and turn into pigs
