Hello, YABCers!
Today we’re super excited to celebrate the cover reveal for NEVER MISSING, NEVER FOUND by Amanda Panitch, releasing June 28, 2016 from Random House Books for Young Readers. Before we get to the cover, here’s a note from Amanda:
Hello, YABC! I’m so excited to show you the cover of my second YA psychological thriller, NEVER MISSING, NEVER FOUND. This cover went through a few different iterations, but when this particular one hit my inbox, I got that itchy buzz in my brain that means that something has gone wonderfully right (doesn’t everybody get that? No? Just me?). I love how the font fades in and out over the shattered glass overlay, a signal as to how broken the protagonist once was (and may still be), and the cover model’s creepy stare, a throwback to the cover of my first book, DAMAGE DONE. And the colors! The book is set at a theme park based on Six Flags Great Adventure, where I worked for two summers as a teenager, and the bold color scheme and bright lights are absolutely perfect. I wish you could see the shiny bits scattered over it too, but that’ll have to wait until you have the book in your hands. I absolutely can’t wait to share it with you!

NEVER MISSING, NEVER FOUND
Some choices change everything. Scarlett chose to run. And the consequences will be deadly.
Stolen from her family as a young girl, Scarlett was lucky enough to eventually escape her captor. Now a teen, she’s starting a summer job at an amusement park. There are cute boys, new friends, and the chance to finally have a normal life.
Her first day on the job, Scarlett is shocked to discover that a girl from the park has gone missing. Old memories come rushing back. And now as she meets her new coworkers, one of the girls seems strangely familiar. When Scarlett chose to run all those years ago, what did she set into motion? And when push comes to shove, how far will she go to uncover the truth . . . before it’s too late?

The cover that crashed a thousand websites.
I love the cover! The colors are amazing, and I like that it connects to Damage Done! And I also think the book itself sounds great- for some reason, amusement parks make such good settings! Can’t wait to read this one 🙂
I really like the look & typography on the cover but I’m not really into faces on book covers, just a personal preference.
The synopsis sparks my interest.
That cover is GORGEOUS! I love the icy, kinda edgy feel it’s got goin’ on. And the synopsis sounds creepy but super interesting. Would love to win-thanks for the chance and for sharing this lovely! 🙂
The cover is really pretty and the model looks a bit haunted which totally fits with the story. I love all the books it was compared to so I’m sure I’ll enjoy this one too!
The cover is hyper-attractive and noticeable, and the plot synopsis makes this sound like just my kind of story! Thanks, Kara S
interesting cover
I love books with twists and this one sounds great!
The cover matches the synopsis very well and makes me want to read the book now.
I like the colors and design of the cover. The synopsis sounds quite intriguing.
I love it! It’s really interesting!
Beautiful cover and of course the summary already has me wanting the book in my hands, and right away sticking my nose in it.
Awesome cover and its seems super interesting!
I think the cover shows mystery and darkness and pain. the synopsis goes right along and makes me want to know more about this character and her story.
Incredibly beautiful Cover, and the book seems like just my type!
The cover looks mysterious but the title was what really drew my attention. At first this looked like it would be just a romance, but the synopsis sounds so much more interesting than that and I would love to read this.
Never missing never found sounds great and the cover is fabulous ♡ Thank you
I love the cover, especially the font, and agree with Amanda about liking how it fades in and out. The synopsis sounds awesome. I remember when I read Vanishing Girls by Lauren Oliver I loved the incorporation of the theme park setting. Thank you for the giveaway!
