Paralleling Brendan’s journey, CHALLENGER DEEP is a book Neal felt compelled to write to honor his son and to show readers that there is hope and healing on the other side of mental illness.

I have read his entire Unwind series. They were an interesting take on a dystopian society where teenagers with unwanted behaviors were unwound. I tell my middle schoolers about this series all the time and it shocks them!

Yes, I have read part of the Unwind Series and they were fantastic. This book sound very interesting as well.
