Autism & Sensory Learning Blogger Campaign: Review of Baby Dragon, Baby Dragon + Instagram Pic!
Today, we're helping Penguin Young Readers bring awareness to Autistic and Sensory learning. Reading is a great way to stimulate the brain and help children learn comprehension and concentration skills. We're featuring my review of Baby Dragon, Baby Dragon written by Melissa Marr and illustrated by Lena Podesta. It's one that will take preschoolers on an adventure and allow their imaginations to soar.

Meet Baby Dragon, Baby Dragon!
A dauntless lass and a hyperactive dragon learn to keep pace with each other as they forge a friendship.
Baby Dragon loves to swoop and soar through the kingdom, which can cause quite a stir. But one little girl is up for the challenge of spending the day with Baby Dragon, and the two embark upon an exciting journey through the kingdom, where they run and race and climb and explore--and eventually even take the time to relish a quiet moment.

~ Review ~
In BABY DRAGON, BABY DRAGON, an energetic little girl meets a baby dragon who likes to zip all over. She rushes to keep up with him, so she can join him on his all his adventures. Before they know it, they become friends who even nap together and the little girl sees things from new perspectives thanks to the dragon.
BABY DRAGON, BABY DRAGON is all about adventure and friendship between a little girl and a dragon. The illustrations are both adorable and engaging. I love how the dragon notices the girl and stops running ahead. Instead, they start doing things together. I love the simplicity of the story and it's perfect for preschoolers who love dragons.
Final Verdict:
I would recommend this to fans of dragons, adventure, and unlikely friendships. This would be a great book for storytime, especially with how popular dragons have become!
