The Good Stuff: Sweep is a good introductory to Wicca and dispels some myths about practicing Wiccans. The book is a real page turner. I can't imagine anyone finishing this book and not wanting to jump into Book Two (The Coven).

The Bad Stuff: The girl's car names got on my nerves, but a minor complaint for an otherwise excellent book.

The Moral: Learn all the facts about a religion before you condemn it.

The Thing I'll Remember Most About This Book in Ten Years: Sweep introduced me to Wicca, a religion I knew little about.

morgan rowland's life is turned upside down when she meets cal... cal is smart, popular, beautiful, outgoing, and loving... when morgan is shown the world of wicca by cal, she feels a connection with it almost immidiatly. cal soon helps her realize that she is not only a blood witch--a witch that has magic people in there ancestrial line-- but also a surprisingly strong one. all while this is happenning, her best friend, bree, falls in love with the same guy she loves--cal. cal says he only loves morgan, does he mean it? bree's love for cal is making her jealous towards morgan... morgan tries to express her love of wiccanism to her parents, but for some reason they despise it... why? everything around her is being twisted into unfamiliar shapes... morgan has t fight to find the truth in this tangled web of lies... but, the question is, what will she find?

this is the begining of the best series ever, this book is so good you;ll be so suprised at the end of the book of what happens. and if u start reading this one u won't be able to stop until u finish all 15, so go read. the first book is really intresting but not as nuch as the reat, my friend got me hooked on and now i have to go get the 12th book. this series fits all categories romance, drama, sometimes a liitel comedy, it makes cry. when ever some one asked me what are u reading i never answered because i was so excited that ididnt want to stop to answer, if you like this book a recomend that you read twilight new moon, and in August Eclipse is coming out theyre by stephanie meyers. its the same stting but with a vampire

I love this series as much as the next person. But the problem is the things they say in the book about wicca is not all true. many of the things are made up actually.
i luved the series, and wicca was looking really cool and new but i learned what it really was. i recommend this book but it is non-fiction.

I love cate tiernan books because i have trouble with reading book till the end and this was the first book i had fully read from start to finish.

I then realised that it was a series so i am now on dark magic so i will read the next book in the series.
I think my has changed because i am now starting to find imformation about wicca and start to become a begginer practicing witchcraft even though my parents don`t like the religion.
It doesn`t matter because i am now dedicated to this religion it won`t change my mind with or without there help.

This really is a great book. The book is about a girl named morgan that finds out that she is a witch, she also falls in love with a guy named cal. This really is a great book for people that love stories about someone´s live with a bit of magic involved..

You guys/girls have to get this amazing book!! I love this book because it's the begining of whole bunch of seris that I can't get enough of!! Though I am sad because I have finished all the seris, I still read them over and over and I don't get sick of them at all.

Manly what the book is about, is about a girl named Morgan and how one simple guy changed her life by introducing magick to her. As I read the other peoples reviews on this book they all tell you want happens in the end of this book (so I will say it as well since you already know), Morgan turns out to be a bloodwitch and the last of the belwicket clan. If you want to know more than buy the book. I promise that you will love this book as much as I love it. It is so funny, sad, therilling, and mysterious. But most of all... Magickal!!!! ^_^

Morgan come to meet Cal,and HE is very popaular for just starting in the school.So cal is a blood witch and askes poepl to come to a metting wher morgan ends up being sencitive to the engergy of the circle.Morgan and Her bff Bree get into a fight cuz bree likes cal.And cal and Morgan end up likeing each other.,In the end Morga turn out to be a blood witch.

I loved this book. It was one of the best i have ever read.

Morgan finds out something about her something her catholic parents do not aprove of she is toren.Cal takes an intest in Morgan she falls for him.somthings in this book are true like wicca but somethings are not
