Stakes Rise in this Continuation
Reader reviewed by Ruthie
This was another lovely tale from Meg Cabot. This time the stakes are higher. There are more lives at stake and more controversial subjects discussed. Overall I think its probably one of my favorites in this series. Jess is still witty. Rob is still hot but the storyline is much more dynamic and more interesting. Im excited to finish the series with the next book!
this book is great!

In Jess's town a small boy has been killed. By a group of radicals. When the group strikes again by kidnapping another victim, Jess wants to go in. With her wold be boyfriend Rob they infilerate the house easily by pretending that they want to be Tue Americans (the groups name.) The book is very good as well as interesting and intruiging. Its a worthwhile read!
Surprising.

In this book Jess tries to find a missing boy, with the help of Dr. Krantz. (Dr. Krantz is Jess's enemy; he has a team of psychic people, who solve crime, and he wants Jess to join). She must work with Dr. Krantz in order to find the boy, because she cannot do it alone.
This book was good. It's surprising though. (I don't want to give anything away). It's just as good as the other books, if not better. I liked the character of Jess more in the book, especially. She seemed more life-like.
BEST BOOK IN THE WHOLE WORLD

When her new neighbours move in and they're black people, Jess thought it was really cool that they fit in right away. But on thanksgiving the black people's son is missing. But The father of the son thought he just got lost or something and told them no to worry about it.
When Jess leaves Rob's place to go home, she gets stopped by the police. And she saw that it was the father's son. And he was dead lying in a cornfield, with a symbol on his body.
Whio could do such a thing? Only racism can be the answer.
yay!

This book is even better than its predecessors, if that's possible!!
Meg Cabot has once again written a tremendously great book! Jess once again uses her extraordinary talents to help save another missing child, as usual, yet it never gets stale.
really great book!

this is the last of the 1-800-where-r-you books...for now! i am happy to announce that
meg cabot is not done with this series yet! the only thin is that the book wont come out till January 2007! well thats better then nothing... right?
In this book Jess has to figure out yet another merder AND kidnapping case! The body of a black teenager is found with a strange marking drawn on his chest and a jewish boy is kidnapped. They are connected in the strangest of ways. It turns out that a cult(in a matter of speaking)is the ones who did the disgusting thing. Can Jess save the little boy that was kidnapped? And will she be able to tell everyone just who killed the teenager?
READ AND FIND OUT!!!
The best book of the series!

Sanctuary of the 1800-Where-R-You series by Mg Cabot (originally written under Jenny Carroll) is definitely the best book of the series.
It has Meg Cabot's trademark sense of humor. A great story too and the book is ended in a very interesting place.
The appearance of Rob, Jess' supposed-to-be-boyfriend is much more frequent (YAY!) and so are the romance scenes (YAY again!).
After reading the book, you'll be dying to read the next installment (which comes out in either 2006, I think)
The best book ever
