Love My Nancy Drew

I cut my reading teeth on Nancy Drew, and this book was one of my favorites. I love that Nancy and her friends remain calm in every crisis, and that all of the ND books are a fine example of a pretty girl using her brain to solve problems. This book has the trademark suspense and drama all ND books have, and I recommend it to anyone looking to get started reading the incomparable Nancy Drew.

A good mystery series

Reader reviewed by Ab

Though I haven't read this specific Nancy Drew book before, I have read other books about Nancy Drew before.
And I must say they are the best nystery books ever! They are a classic!
No one should ever go withought reading a Nancy Drew book!
It is not just a girl book its a guy book too.
For the guys I suggest the Hardy Boys which are very good too also.
Again not only a boy book but a girl book as well.

Love

Reader reviewed by Samantha

Okay, I will admit it took me a few times to get into this book. I got all of them when i was little and wasn't really interested in them. But once i got to middle school and i started reading it (took me a little while to get into it) i loved it.

My favorite part was when she was inside of that truck (i think may have been a van) and was taking apart the clock to find the will.

I haven't read all but i am on like 20 or 30 something. Im getting there lol.

A Great start!

Reader reviewed by tennisplayer

I have read almost all of the Nancy Drew books and one of my favorites was The secret of the old clock. I think the author, Carolyne Keene did an awsome job, i felt like I was solving the mystery with her! I think all of the Nancy Drew books are well written (this one in particular) and I really reccomend it!

Timeless

Reader reviewed by Aimee

Nancy Drew has been around sine the 1930's. She's a popular teen detective. But many young girls ask why they should read Nancy Drew. For one, it improves spelling and general knowledge. Two, they're fun to read and they're simple to follow and understand. I'm a fan of Nancy Drew because she's the role model for young ladies and she keeps girls on their toes. (AKA a good book to stay up with a flashlight reading.)
