Baby's Christmas (Golden Baby)
FeaturedLet's go in and see . . .
This sweet rhyming story from 1959, illustrated by Eloise Wilkin, shows the presents that Santa brought for Baby's first Christmas--". . . a rocking horse, a bouncy swing, a shovel and a pail, a rubber duck, a little boat for Baby dear to sail. . ."
Babies will love to watch this adorable baby playing with his toys and enjoying his first Christmas! And parents will love the sturdy pages and padded cover of the Golden Baby board books.

Introduce Your Baby to the Wonders of Christmas
This classic Golden book, in a board book edition, may not have the perfect cadence (it has on-again, off again poetry) we see so often in modern children’s books, but it has a slow enough pace and adorable, now-vintage drawings, that keep the reader (my two year old in this case) enticed. She is in love with babies and pictures of babies, and there are plenty of adorable, chubby cheeked illustrations of one alongside all the presents he receives to keep her enthralled. I think this is one we will be reading over and over again through out the holidays.
