Ivy and Bean return in their fifth story in which both girls take their goodness to a new level. Ivy, having heard about St. Francis, thinks it might be nice to be so pure of heart that animals follow her around. She tries to get Bean to be good, and then to be bad, so that she can reform her and the neighborhood bully, Matt, in the process.
Ivy & Bean: Bound to Be Bad (Book 5)
My brother's friend's little sister loves this series and she read them out to me while I was on holiday. I thought this book was really cute and the characters were just adorable. Ivy and Bean have brilliant ideas and amazing imaginations. This book is a mix between a picture book and chapter books, as it has both chapters and pictures. The Bound to Be Bad has a great plot with awesome characters. I recommend it to all children between the ages of 5-7 who are transiting from picture books and chapter books.
My 5 year old daughter and I love this series. The kids talk and act like real kids. Ivy and Bean
My 5 year old daughter and I just love this series! The kids talk, think and act like real kids and Ivy and Bean have wonderfully creative ideas and imaginations. These books are a great transition from picture books to chapter books because there is a good mixture of words with pictures.
