Dolphins at Daybreak
I read this book to my class recently, and they loved it! I enjoyed reading it to them because the chapters are fairly short, so they were able to stay focused on the story. The kids were very much into the story. They were able to make connections and they enjoyed picking out "interesting words" to add to our poster in the classroom.
I love Jack and Annie's stories. They are great for read-alouds or as easy chapter books for your young readers.
