Anything and Everything About Horses

Horses: The Definitive Catalog of Horse and Pony Breeds is a stunning book that any horse lover will want to read. To be honest, I didn't know there were so many different types of horses out there. I love the photography and overall layout of the book. It's easy to read while admiring the horses. They're so beautiful that I couldn't choose a favorite if someone asked.

This book talks about the history of horses, the anatomy of a horses, and more than 150 different breeds. There's also a section about caring for horses and a glossary in the back. I love that they also include the Shetland pony. This book really is everything and anything you need to know about horses. This would make a great gift to the horse lovers out there.

The history aspects to it are intriguing and I love how this book talks about where certain breeds originated from. There's also fun facts throughout the book that I found interesting as well. For example, "Mustangs are allowed to run free on 34 million acres of public land in the US". This book taught me a good bit and it would be good for children with curious minds.

Final Verdict: This book is a cannot miss for horse lovers. I would also recommend it to those who are thinking about buying a horse and want the child to learn more beforehand.
