Clea Hantman leads the reader through thirty days of getting over your ex-boyfriend, known from now on as the dork. She covers the stages of recovery, from Denial and Anger, to bargaining and depression, and finally acceptance. Each chapter is equiped with activities to help you get over the dork and songs for each day of your recovery. It is truly a helpful book, and an interesting read from this point of view.
