That's pretty much what I've been doing ever since it hit my inbox. You know we just announced this book yesterday, and... 

Oh, sorry. Got distracted. I was staring at my beautiful cover. I was going to say that we just announced this book yesterday... Did you see the way those roots are going all twisty through the letters? 

Gah. Sorry! I really wanted to say that we just announced this book, and how excited we are about it... Tree!

What do you think about the cover and synopsis?

The cover is fascinating! I love how it's gradient purple, which happens to be my favorite color! It's intriguing how the roots of the tree, which I believe is a major element in the story, wrap around the title, which is, THE FORGETTING. I also love the subtitle, "I am made of my memories...". The three dots make me more curious than I already am. The synopsis is nothing less attracting! I was somewhat reminded of, "The Giver". I love how Nadia is the only one who remembers everything instead of a group of people who have to work together to fix things. Its so mysterious how she's all on her own in this mission, and it's a perfect mix! I'm jumping upside-down to get my hands on a copy of this fascinating book, thanks to the creative cover, and intriguing synopsis!

First of all--the cover is my favorite color. Secondly, it matches the synopsis well; family trees are all about roots and so are memories. Just a reminder, a smell, sound, visual, can bring back so much.
