It’s Live!! Cover Reveal: August and Everything After by Jennifer Salvato Doktorski + Giveaway (US/Canada)

Hi, YABCers!

Today we're super excited to celebrate the cover reveal for AUGUST AND EVERYTHING AFTER by Jennifer Salvato Doktorski, releasing May 1, 2018 from Sourcebooks Fire. Before we get to the cover, here's a note from Jennifer:

Hello YABC! I am super excited to be revealing the cover for AUGUST & EVERYTHING AFTER here today! I hope you all fall in love with it the way I did. The designers at Sourcebooks, Nicole Hower and Kelly Lawler, did an amazing job capturing not only the romance in this novel, but a sense of place. The Jersey shore—the real one—is a magical place near and dear to my heart, where people can both lose themselves and find themselves. I want readers to feel transported there when this book comes out on May 1, 2018 and I am thrilled that this cover does exactly that.

About the Book

Graduation can’t come soon enough. Desperate for a fresh start, Quinn is eager to escape to her aunt’s house on the New Jersey shore for the summer…away from teenage drama and having to answer everyone’s questions about “what comes next” after high school.

Quinn can’t bear to focus on the future. She doesn’t even think she deserves one—not after her best friend died in a car accident that Quinn feels responsible for. But when Quinn meets Malcolm, a musician who has been trying to escape his own demons, she starts to believe in second chances.

I love the cover.
With the weather turning cold where I live, it is nice to see a reminder of summer and this cover reminds me of carefree summer days.
The synopsis is well written.
