Book’s Title: Let’s Get Lost
Author’s Name: Adi Alsaid
Book’s Release Date: July 29, 2014
About the Book
Five strangers. Countless adventures. One epic way to get lost. Four teens across the country have only one thing in common: a girl named LEILA. She crashes into their lives in her absurdly red car at the moment they need someone the most.
There’s HUDSON, a small-town mechanic who is willing to throw away his dreams for true love. And BREE, a runaway who seizes every Tuesday—and a few stolen goods along the way. ELLIOT believes in happy endings…until his own life goes off-script. And SONIA worries that when she lost her boyfriend, she also lost the ability to love.
Hudson, Bree, Elliot and Sonia find a friend in Leila. And when Leila leaves them, their lives are forever changed. But it is during Leila’s own 4,268-mile journey that she discovers the most important truth— sometimes, what you need most is right where you started. And maybe the only way to find what you’re looking for is to get lost along the way.

About the Author
Adi Alsaid is the author of Let’s Get Lost, coming from Harlequin Teen and Alloy Entertainment in August 2014. He was born and raised in Mexico City. He attended college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While in class, he mostly read fiction and continuously failed to fill out crossword puzzles, so it’s no surprise that after graduating, he packed up his car and escaped to the California coastline to become a writer.
Adi is now back in his hometown, Mexico City, where he writes, coaches high school and elementary basketball, and has perfected the art of making every dish he eats or cooks as spicy as possible. In addition to Mexico, he’s lived in Tel Aviv, Las Vegas and Monterey, California. A tingly feeling in his feet tells him more places will eventually be added to the list.

I’ve been on a road trip to look at colleges for my sister. That’s about it, but it was a ton of fun!
I’ve been on plenty of road trips and it’s definitely not my idea of a fun vacation.
I’ve never been a huge fan of road trips. I always get cramped and tires. Plus I find it hard to read when I’m in a car.
The only road trip I was on was when I moved from GA to CO. I was quite bored for a lot of the time, but I really enjoyed the changing scenery.
I have!!! I love going on road trips. Concerts. Amusement parks. In fact, I’m going on one tomorrow!
gone on a road trip across the South with friends and it was awesome! We had no plan or route.
thank you 🙂
I once went on this ridiculous road trip from PA to Vegas. It was long, but fun, and I was glad I did it. I absolutely adore road trips!
Roadtrip to attend a 5 week French Immersion Program in Quebec, CA. We stopped at all the “world’s largest” objects on our way to make the road trip more entertaining!
My last road was my trip with my fiance to Montreal and Quebec City. It was a gorgeous week holiday—but that drive took FOREVER!
I took a road trip from New Jersey to Chicago 🙂
No, well yes, but I was too young to remember it. But I’ve been on a 3 hour road trip if that counts? Only thing interesting was the screaming, fighting 3 and 5 year old, asking “Are we there yet?” “Are we there yet?” NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I would say a million times until my brain felt like it was going to explode!!
Yep, that’s out family road trips. Oh, yeah, and “Mommy, I have to pee…but you just went, I would say, I know mommy, but I have to go again…lol!!!”
Thanks for the chance to win! 🙂
I just took a road trip for our family vacation. Let’s just say, our car broke down and we haven’t had it for two months now. I don’t think I’ll be taking any road trips anytime soon, ha ha. :p
I’ve only been on trips throughout my state but would love one day to travel across the country!
I’ve been on road trips to New York, Montreal, and Pitsburg! Whenever I go on a road trip I pack lots of books and read the whole way! I love road trips, reading, mcdonalds and chocolate!
I absolutely love road trips!
Unfortunately never did a road trip but definitely planning on doing it in a near future. It is on my extreme to do list.
I’ve been to a bunch of road trips with my family. They’ve been very loud and long ones but they’re super fun.
no
I have with my moms side of the family. It was a great experience but got long after a while
I have never been on a road trip unfortunately 🙁
i’ve never gone to a road trip before, but i hope so it will be soon :):D
I’m leaving on a chick road trip this Saturday! First we hit Las Vegas, then on to the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar Creek Utah, with lots of shenanigans in between!
I have been on quite a few road trips before. They’re pretty fun if you stop at some must-see spots along the way.
I have never been on a road trip. However, I think it’ll be nice to travel from East to West coast or vise versa! I would go with a group of friends or with my sister and cousins!
Typically I’m not the biggest fan of road trips and I think the longest one i’ve been on was about 5 hours so that doesn’t really count as a “road trip” I prefer train trips! I took amtrak to NYC with my friends and it was LOADS of fun!
I’ve travelled across the border to the US!
I have never been on an road trip but one day I would love to just get out of town with friends!!!
I loooooove road trips, I think it’s one of my favourite ways of getting away from everything for a while. Only problem I’ve ever had is that my sister gets car sick which kinda sucks but a little gravel can fix that 😉
not really, just driving to various vacation spots
Yep. They were quite fun.
I’ve been on a road trip to Oregon from California and to Nevada from the same spot here in sunny Cali! I tried to sleep throughout those boring miles but… failed, unfortunately. At least dead hills and other vans were a piece of company! 😀
I’ve never been on a road trip before, but I would love to drive Route 66
The only road trips I’ve experience are the ones in books, unfortunately.
Recently, a friend and I traveled across 4 states, the ultimate beach getaway!
Flea markets and small towns and great food. #roadtripception
I show American Saddlebreds every summer. So we do loads of road trips. My favorite thing to do with my best friend though is to take white gloves and mime to all the automobiles we pass. I have had more truckers honk for that than pulling the imaginary chain…
I once took an all day road trip from Texas to Colorado. It was a long but fun trip.
