About the Book
Taylor will turn thirteen in one week. He is looking for a leaf for a school project when the school bully, Butch, chases after him on his bicycle. Told never to be close to the river alone, Taylor now rides along the perilous trial hoping to elude Butch. Suddenly, the ground beneath him gives away. He and Butch find themselves falling into a void; a tunnel that takes them to a primitive land. Their adventure takes them into dangerous territory. Taylor wonders if they will find their way back home? Was it all preordained? And if so, for what purpose?

Nice
The cover caught my eye right off. I love trees, and middle grade reads are at the top of my love list too.
I absolutely love the cover! I love when trees adorn the cover of books, something so magical to me, about them. The books sounds really good. Putting on my wishlist!
I don’t like the blue sidebar on the cover, but the image of the tree is beautiful.
