About the Book
Alien queen Kora has a problem as vast as the endless crimson deserts. She’s the first female ruler of her territory in generations, but her people are rioting and call for her violent younger twin brother to take the throne. Despite assassination attempts, a mounting uprising of nomadic human rebels, and pressure to find a mate to help her rule, she’s determined to protect her people from her brother’s would-be tyrannical rule.
Eros is a rebel soldier hated by aliens and human alike for being a half-blood. Yet that doesn’t stop him from defending his people, at least until Kora’s soldiers raze his camp and take him captive. He’s given an ultimatum: be an enslaved bodyguard to Kora, or be executed for his true identity—a secret kept even from him.
When Kora and Eros are framed for the attempted assassination of her betrothed, they flee. Their only chance of survival is to turn themselves in to the high court, where revealing Eros’s secret could mean a swift public execution. But when they uncover a violent plot to end the human insurgency, they must find a way to work together to prevent genocide.

The cover is fairly interesting. I’m more drawn to the synopsis. I love a strong female lead, and prospecting for mates. Lol. This will be on my tbr.
I love the cover. The red shading that is offset by the color of the 2 suns with the blending into purple towards the top is gorgeous and definitely catches the eye. Once the cover draws you on, the synopsis finished the deal by making it clear that the reader is in for a great adventure, lead by a strong female protagonist. And of course, the possibility of a romance between her and her companion certainly peaks my interest. Basically, I SO want this book!
I love the cover and the synopsis sounds like a roller coaster ride!! I can’t wait!
This sounds AMAZING!!!! Aliens and half breeds and wrong accusations! I can’t wait to get my hands on this
What a unique book! I love the red and the two suns! As I am Sci-fi lover, the content of this story speaks to my soul. The adventure and excitement and any story that involves preventing genocide is obviously a must read!
This looks and sounds absolutely fantastic!
Beyond the red sounds like an exciting read and I like the bold cover ♡ Thank you
The book cover of the book stands out. It caught my attention immediately, all those colors go very well with the title, and the story plot is very interesting. “BEYOND THE RED” is definitely a book I want to read.
The plot sounds interesting and I think the cover fits it well.
I like the red cover and I like that it involves aliens (although why would a queen refer to herself as an alien??)
the colors of the book are absolutely beautiful. i also think that the plot sounds very interesting
The cover is intriguing. It leaves room for the mind to develop a setting before reading the book. The synopsis of the book- now that is what left me jonesing for more information. First off- Who doesn’t love a brave female lead? A Queen, who can take care of herself, and a population who thinks she is not fit to rule- sounds like we’re heading back to the monarchical society of Europe. I’m very much looking forward to reading this book.
The cover is interesting and it makes me want to read the book so I can see if the color goes with the book. I really love that the synopsis gives you enough of what the book is about, but makes you want to read the book to find out more. Its gives you enough to suck you into wanting to buy the book, to see if it is as good as it sounds or maybe even better than it sounds.
I like the cover, it gives me a visual on where the story takes place and the synopsis is is one that leaves me with thinking I will greatly enjoy the book:)
